I couldn’t believe that in a bike town as busy as ours that I was able to get in with a flat straight off the street and have it repaired in ten minutes. Amazing customer service. Super friendly. Impressive work!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Phat Tire Bentonville! I recently purchased a Trek bike, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they took great care of me throughout the process. I also really appreciated the military discount and their support for veterans. It’s always great to see a local business that values its customers and those who have served. I highly recommend Phat Tire to anyone looking for a new bike or great service in Northwest Arkansas. I’ll definitely be coming back! 🚲🇺🇸 🫡

Wow, this was easily one of the most beautiful shops I’ve ever seen. They gave me free pizza, a bunch of high fives, and even had the elusive dynaplugs in stock. #willbeback
