I walked in right when the store opened, thinking I had a small issue with a quick fix, that turned out to be a bigger issue than I thought. I knew they had some other customers scheduled for repairs that day so I felt bad having to leave my bike, because if I had known it was a bigger problem I would have scheduled a time to come in. But the team at Phat Tire was happy to help right away and they had my bike back to me that same day. I have only ever used this store for my bike needs in Fayetteville and I see no reason to go anywhere else.

This business is flexible. Weather ( a limitation on time- we were out of state visitors) interfered with our ability to ride. The staff were very understanding.( Amy, Jackson,etc). We hope to again visit Fayetteville and ride.

I bought my bicycle at Phat Tire 13 years ago, and it is still as good as it was new. Yes, I do ride it a lot for pleasure and exercise. I have brought it in for service, tune up, new tires, etc. twice in the last 13 years and have always been very satisfied with the professional service I have received.
