Came in Friday night and the whole staff was super helpful (and fast) to install a phone mount, tune-up a kids bike, appraise and sell us another kids bike, and swap my wifes tubes...all around closing time.

They advised us on how to get the most out of our e-bike and we rode for 4 solid hours and still had 70% charge left when bikes were turned in. They were helpful and enthusiastic--as usual. Great bike shop/store.

The customer service is par none. We had flats to fix and these guys fit us in and we're more than willkng to go the extra mile to help us, even though we came in 25 minutes before closing time. They were personable and professional. Engaging us in conversation as we waited. Best bike shop in NWA.

Everyone I dealt with was friendly and very knowledgeable. The salesman who helped me was not in anyway pushy and didn’t make me feel like he was trying to make money off my purchase. He made me feel like he wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase and I got what fit my needs. I will absolutely tell everyone I know to go to Phat tire!
