Kat and Andrew are amazing. It’s wonderful to go to a place where people are not only incredible at their jobs, but it is very evident how much they love what they do and how much they believe in their company. They never try to upsell me and have always dealt fairly in every dealing. I’ve had with them. I have a 10-year-old ghost FS-7 and thanks to the time and efforts these guys have put into that Bike, it rides as well today as it did when I first bought it.

I needed a new Sram Force chain and by checking the Phat Tire inventory system I saw the Springdale location had this item in stock. The team at Phat Tire Springdale were great. They introduced themselves and answered any questions that I had. It was a great interaction and I appreciate the service they provided. It also felt good to support a local business.

The e-bikes we rented were a ton of fun and we really appreciated the setup work Cat and Carter did. They made a everything easy and fit just right. 33 miles ridden all total. We’ll be back to do it all again when we come back to Springdale.
