Mitchell and a young woman associate both asked if I needed help, and were available to help me choose 2 pairs of shoes, and eye protection. We talked bikes too. There were a lot of options for shoes, clothing, socks, hats, and eyewear.

This was an incredible experience! I forget the service tech we worked with, but he was awesome! He did a tubeless reset on the fly, and it ended up being way more work than we thought it would be. He kept at it and got it fixed. The best thing was that never did he make me feel stupid or vibe me out or anything. So often walking into a bike shop can feel like going to the lunch room in middle school… not here! That is special. Also, I had two young kids with me, and he was awesome with them, answering questions and making space for them. Overall, it was a really great experience!

Always start with Pine Mountain for mountain biking! Since the day I arrived 10 years ago when a friend said rent your bike here. They have always been stand up honest and a good biking partner! Cheers.

I brought an older bike I had that needed work and the staff was great at explaining what might be needed and why. A quick review of the bike was completed, and an explanation of what might need to be done was clear and easy to follow. There was some added explanations of extra work once they got into the bike disassembly that might need to happen, and they would call and ask for permission prior to starting that work. It turns out none of the work was needed. The job was done quickly, and for what I feel was a very fair price. I would definitely bring a bike back.

I LOVE Pine Mountain. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient staff. They go out of their way to make sure you are well taken care of. If you have a simple problem, they will often fix it for you on the spot.

Your team is always on point. Even though there was a little bit of back-and-forth, my bike was set up well and I was able to write a pretty epic ride right after I picked it up. You’re staff is always super helpful, providing suggestions for rides around the area, and even sharing some of their personal favorite routes from Strava. Keep up the great work y’all!!
