I was thankful for how quickly Rainbow Bicycle got my fat bike in for a complete tune-up, installing new tires and proper equipment for safe road riding during evening commutes. Rainbow Cycle’s Ben is a real professional. On one occasion he gave my Allied Alfa a serious, reasonably priced tune-up, replacing several parts; on another he inspected it before a three-day ride across the state, made a few adjustments, and sent me on my way without a charge. I trust him and I trust the shop.

The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable and customer focused. I’ve watched them help someone get and old bike back on the road for a reasonable price and then move on to a complicated repair of a very expensive bike. They are friendly and don’t pressure customers.
