“Going out of business” sale was too good to pass up. Great customer service from Frank and the two guys working in the back fixing bikes.

I like that there is a good selection of parts and accessories as well some nice bikes. I hate that all they carry is Trek bikes. It’s a shame Rays doesn’t sell any BMX or park bikes. With so many kids in Vacaville it seems like a huge missed opportunity for the bike shop and the community.

Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They don’t upsell or cut corners on jobs. I’m glad they stayed in business. They are a part of Vacaville.

Frank was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.. He demonsstrated the bicycle pump I purchased on both types of valve stems which was necessary as I had no clue on the process. I learned something and felt valued.
