Seth is amazing. He took the time to listen and understand my goals and concerns. I’m 6’6” and over 300 pounds. Regular bikes won’t hold up under me. He explained the differences and options available to me. He made sure I had what I wanted. Picked up the bike and I love the way it fits. Steel frame bike that can support me and won’t be needing replaced any time soon.

I know you most likely cater to the who cares what type of bike crowd but it would be nice to have a choice of a better quality ride. I would have gladly paid more for a carbon di2 ride. As for your in store staff... 💯

Very efficient process for renting bikes. We're new to the Dallas area and wanted to ride bikes around White Rock Lake. Bikes were also in great shape, and the service was both friendly and informative in terms of the quick re-cap of the e-bikes we rented. Great experience!!
