Took my road bike in because I suspected it was time to replace the chain and I don't have a chain gauge. They were able to check it out, confirm the need for a chain and get me out the door in less than 2 hours. Also took the time to do a courtesy check to make sure nothing else was needed. Thanks!

So far this has been one of the best buying experiences I’ve had. I’m new to road cycling and I felt completely comfortable during the buying process. Huge kudos to Victoria at the McKinney store. She took time to work with me, remembered conversations we had, honored everything we had discussed as far as pricing and gear. Just a huge breath of fresh air on how great the customer service was. Brandon was awesome as well taking time out to set me up on gear, explain things, and honestly just the excitement he made me feel on getting into this bike and didn’t treat me like a newbie. I’m excited about my Roubaix and confident I purchased it at the best shop around!
