Service was completed quickly and before the expected date. One issue couldn't be resolved; the remote fork lockout button is no longer available and couldn't be repaired or replaced but that's not the fault of the mechanics at the shop.

Brought in a simple flat tire, was expecting to have to leave and pick up later, espeically after seeing how busy the techs were. But your guy immediately fixed the flat, improved the rim tape situation, and had me back on the bike in <20mins. Thank you for the awesome customer service! Eric Stopka

I cannot say it often enough about the incredible service I receive at the Trek store in Downers Grove. I had two tubeless tires that were not holding air. I thought it may be a sealant issue. However, I told the repair staff that if the tires needed to be replaced, I approved the work. They could have made a $500 sale from me. Instead, they looked up and saw the tires were still under warranty and replaced them free of charge. You just do not see this type of honesty and integrity these days. If you need to buy or service your bike, I highly recommend Trek in Downers Grove.
