Adam was absolutely fantastic to work with during my initial visit and purchase! Very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. Took time with me and my son to answer all our questions and provide useful guidance and recommendations for the best bike to fit our needs. Would highly recommend working with Adam on a bike purchase. He's the main reason why we returned to purchase.

I love trek bikes! Been buying them for over 10 years, will never buy another brand and have not. I have 5 right now as the kids grow and get bigger and just hand them down. The little one who is 6 was using a bike that my 12 year old first had. These things never break and the support is tremendous. Totally amazing one of a kind experience.

I absolutely love this Trek shop! Everyone is super friendly and knows their stuff—especially Adam, who spent plenty of time walking me through everything I wanted to know. Since I’m new to cycling, that really meant a lot. I totally recommend checking it out.

The service team member who helped me was able to replace my tube on the spot, and he did a few quick maintenance items as a courtesy. He was friendly and gave me some tips. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name, but I would absolutely come back to him for future services.
