I came in for a few minor issues that I couldn't figure out myself. The bike mechanic, whose name escapes me, was quick to jump into it and get it fixed. This is my first visit at V5. I normally don't like going to bike shops, they tend to be pretentious and talk down to you, but not at V5. The mechanic listened to what I had to say, he explained to me what he was doing and fixed the issue quickly. I appreciated his attention to detail and expertise.

The owner, George, has years of experience and shows it. He set my up with a great bike. My bike was a special order and arrived surprisingly fast. When I picked up the bike, everything was done and he had adjusted the seat by eye. It worked. I asked a few questions and found that no shortcuts had been taken in the setup. Excellent place and I recommend that anyone looking for a bike make this place your first stop.
