The service center explains what is necessary now versus what can wait. They also respect your time and finish repairs when promised.

The folks at Vancouver Cyclery are always wonderful to work with. My husband and kids and I are occasional bikers and not experts at bike maintenance by any means. These guys are always patient with my lack of bike knowledge and know exactly what to do to get our bikes working again. Highly recommend them!
