I had a tune up and a repair on the bracket that held my Garmin device. For about 2 years I have been trying at several bike shops to make my bike (only a 3 year old Trek Madone SL 7 AXS Etap) stop sounding like a bucket of bolts rolling down the road and that repair fixed all that, new bar tape, brake adjustment, and I believe a derailleur adjustment. I'm a very happy bike rider again. Thanks Dino and Brooks!
