I was able to order the bikes I wanted to have shipped to Costa Rica. The staff was very knowledgable and had all the necessary prep work completed (including software update when I went to Village Bikes to complete the transaction. They assisted me with arranging the shipping to a freight forwarder and everything exceeded my expectations. Great stave and service. I have been going to Village Bikes for almost 10 years and they are a good locally owned bicycle shop!
