Went in with broken training wheels, came out with a brand new set all installed and ride ready for my daughter. Staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the different options for her bike and was able to get the wheels installed right on the spot.

I have gone to several bike shops in the past, but rarely have the employees really cared about my specific interests and level of experience. Greg and others took the time to understand what I was interested in and made great suggestions - not just regarding products, but regarding good routes, good riding groups, and good techniques. I was, and I am, very impressed with how that felt. It's crazy that I've never experienced that before at this store or others, but perhaps that's because I'm there at peak times and employees don't have the time to invest in the individual. I am just very grateful for the insight and assistance.

Rusty was great spending 45 min showing me used bikes 2 weeks ago while educating me on differences in mountain and racing bikes. Their service team always completes repairs on time with fair pricing and always has time to answer non-service related questions. I would not buy a bike from anywhere else and have been a customer over 20 years.
