The employees were knowledgeable and friendly. There was a large assortment of bikes. I purchased an e-bike that I love. I loved the green color Trek. The employee said they could get on within the week. She suggested that I wait for the color I really like as I will have this bike for a long time. I waited and she was right! So thankful she made the suggestion. I also like the service policy.
