The guys in the shop were very knowledgeable and bike pros. They were able to fix my son's bike very quickly and helped us with a new purchase as well. Chill guys and a great atmosphere in the shop. We'll be coming here for all bike needs from now on.

I had a flat rear tire. My mountain bike is 30 years old. They did upsell me new brake pads and a new tube and tire but it really was necessary. My bike rode so smooth and great today and no more squeaky brakes. I like my friendly neighborhood bike shop and the service was great and not too pricey.

For over 20 years Western Cycles has been my go to shop anything and everything having to do with mountain biking. Bikes, protection, tires and everything in between. Jamie and Hunter truly care about their customers and are extremely knowledgeable and up to date on all things bikes. Highly recommend!

I took my K2 MTB in for the lowe housing of the crankcase, and Forest was very quick to ascertain that the fix would be likely and gave me an honest estimate of the costs. He was also very helpful in sharing his information about e bikes and allowed me to take a test run. Will be recommending to other cyclists and will be using this shop in the future!

Dane was extremely helpful in ensuring we could acquire a new Trek bike that fit me son today and will allow him years to grow into it. He added accessories and adjusted the seat on the spot, and even helped us load it into our vehicle. He was fabulous! Thank you, all, for your service and kindness!

Every staff person that assisted me was knowledgable, courteous, and low pressure. I was shopping for my first e-bike for casual outings and hadn’t been biking, for the most part, ever since I had a mountain bike over 20 years ago. I ended up purchasing a Velotric Discover 3 after being allowed to test ride it on the Danvers Rail Trail located very conveniently right next to the store. I will certainly use Western Cycle for further equipment and maintenance needs in the coming years!

I’ve visited several other bike shops in the area, but I continue to purchase from Western Cycle because of their knowledge and expertise. My son had outgrown his 24" Trek, so we stopped in to check out the 29" Trek Marlins for his birthday gift. He left with a sweet matte Dark Web-colored bike and a new helmet. Thanks, Western Cycle, for another great experience!
