They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. They listened to me to learn what my requirements were and then offered suggestions for what would work best. They offered their experiences with different brands and components from a service perspective. They were able to properly size/adjust my bike as well as assist with a new rack. They did not try to upsell anything. All my questions were answered.
