Every time I come I am greeted very friendly by staff. I am treated the same even when it is a small issue. Will be buying our next bikes there and sent friends there that bought e-bikes.

Great staff, excellent service! WMBF repairs what other bicycle shops struggle with. They recently tuned up my Terra Trike and did an excellent job. I recommend Western Michigan Bicycle and Fitness, you will be pleased.

I actually wrote a Google Maps review. Copying and pasting it below: I recently bought a bike for my daughter from West Michigan Bike and Fitness and had a fantastic experience. We worked with Randy who was knowledgable, kind, and patiently listened to my daughter explain what she was looking for. It was her first "real" bike, and he helped her find a bike that she absolutely loves. I highly recommend the store, and especially Randy!

We like the design and features that the Trek Verve 2 offer. It’s a great fit for me and we felt very comfortable with the advice we were provided with by West Michigan Bike [FIRST NAME REMOVED]
