I've throw a couple curve balls at them and they stay on top of it and make sure your bike is ready to go! Super friendly too if youre just getting started. What stood out even more, though, was the level of service your staff provided when helping me determine the right tires to purchase and mount. Their guidance was clear, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on what would work best for my riding needs. When I arrived to pick up the bike, a team member took the extra time to refit and adjust my seat height, making sure everything was dialed in perfectly before I left.
