I had ordered a new head for my tire pump, which I have had for several years. Sadly, the new head design was not compatible with my older pump. Your staff member was great and simply replaced my tire pump and showed me how to use it on a different type of stem on my new tires. Bravo.

I was so happy to get my gears fixed the same day and not have to leave my bike at the shop. I called ahead and they said they had time to fix it while I was at a meeting. They were so considerate about trying not to interrupt my meeting with a question but eventually called me to get permission to replace a part. So thoughtful. I walked out w a functioning bike and the repairs were done at a very reasonable price. I always take my Bike to Wheels In Motion. Everyone there loves bikes and wants to get you back on the road/trail as fast as possible.

The staff are absolutely magnificent -- friendly, knowledgeable, committed to being helpful. I came in for a helmet and a staffer dropped what they were doing, walked me through the options thoroughly, helped me pick out lights, and put the whole package together, while also noting that I got a U-M discount. As always, a sterling service encounter at WIM.
