They went the extra mile for my son and I. They removed a pedal bolt that I was unable to and removed his pedals and installed the new ones on the spot. They went ahead and cleaned up his brakes and lubed his chain. I will be going back for all of my and my sons bike needs.

The general manager of the Greenfield location, whose name I cannot remember, is always awesome when we are in. He helped get a proper receipt with serial number after he realized that the Evanston store did not execute the transfer properly. We also enjoyed meeting one of your newer employees when we ordered the bike about a week earlier.

It all started with a flat tire fix recommendation. It ended with the best fitting to my bike that I’ve had in the 3 years of owning it. Thanks to the Franklin team who not only fixed the flat and provided backup parts but also helped me notice the difference between a good fitting and a great fitting!
