I could not recommend a bike shop any higher.
Their customer service is excellent and they stock many of the difficult parts that are hard to find from most other bike shops. They are also very professional courteous and finished
In a timely manner. And the best part is that their prices are very reasonable. I am so thankful to have a shop like this near my home in Winchester.

We reserved bikes ahead of time to rent and everything was ready for us just as expected when we arrived. Woodys was easy to find and in a most convenient location where you can explore the university grounds or hop right on the mountain goat trail. Also located directly beside Shenanigans where we had lunch when we were done riding. My 5 year old daughter’s favorite thing about the whole day though was Nelson, who works at Woodys😁.

Robert and Speed at Woody’s are so knowledgeable about bikes and the trails in Sewanee and have a kindness about them that helps even the most ignorant of cyclists or enthusiasts feel comfortable. Pricing is incredibly reasonable and it seems that they’re always open and ready to help, which is great because you never can anticipate when you’ll need them!

The effort to be thorough impressed me the most. The friendly bike shop vibe was a close second. I thought the price for the work was fair. Even though I live 45 minutes away by car, this has become my new bike shop. I’m even considering purchasing 2 hybrid and 1 e-bike.

I can’t say enough good things about Woody’s Bicycle Shop! Woody’s has always taken great care of my bikes over the years. For nearly 20 years, they helped me maintain my Jamis bike and always did excellent work.
Unfortunately, my Jamis was recently stolen after I had a flat while riding, so I had to dig out my old Schwinn World Sport that I’ve owned since the 1980s. I just needed something dependable to ride for the rest of the year, so I took it to Woody’s and asked if they could help bring it back to life.
They installed new tires, gave it a complete tune-up, and got everything back in great working condition. Honestly, this old bike rides like new again!
It may not replace my Jamis, but I am incredibly thankful to Woody’s for getting me back on the road. There’s something special about having a local bike shop you can trust, especially one that has taken care of your bikes for so many years.
If you need bicycle repairs, maintenance, or just good honest service, I highly recommend Woody’s Bicycle Shop. Thank you, Woody’s, for helping me get my old Schwinn World Sport rolling again!
