I find the quality and frequency of your water fitness classes to be very valuable to the community. The movement and social aspect of these classes can only improve with additional classes.
We need more room for senior services such as silver sneakers. By the way the new Megan who is doing the Monday silver sneakers is a breath of fresh air. She is a very talented leader and doesn’t need to learn anything from anyone!
I attend mostly group exercise classes and most of the classes I take are with Lynn Arnold. She is very upbeat, kind and gets everyone involved and keeps us motivated to do our best.
Accessibility to all programs. My favorite is water aerobics and the Yoga classes. Plus a nice clean workout area. The people working the front deck always seem to be knowledgeable and caring.
I am enjoying the exercise swim classes on Tuesday at nine. I also enjoy walking on the track when the weather is not fit for walking outside. I used to enjoy Pickleball, but I think they’re a little too competitive for my liking. I have chosen to play at some of my local churches. They seem a little friendlier. I hope to try some other classes this winter.
I like wide variety of programs/classes and times convenient to me. And the weight room with variety of equipment there. Also being kept informed of additional opportunities that the Y offers.
