The staff was absolutely fantastic and supported me in the study. I was helped tremendously by the therapy and medication. There was a comprehensive level of health care that exceeded my expectations. I am always happy to provide a testimonial for the study that I participated in.

Melissa, Dr. Gill, and Dr. Heckle were all wonderful to work with throughout this study. They genuinely seemed to care about their jobs and, most importantly, their patients’ outcomes. Scheduling was easy and accommodating, and the reminder texts and calls were always helpful. I had a great experience overall and would definitely participate in another study here if indicated.

The staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and professional about the process and answered questions I anticipated. When I experienced technical difficulties Jenell was very responsive and helpful. Porsha at the front desk I wouldn’t trade her for anything. The doctor was extremely helpful, kind, exceptionally abreast of my labs and follow up throughout the study.
