Friendly staff. They provide cameras so you can check on your pet. They give the dogs a nap time and snacks. They have different theme days. I feel like when I leave me pup, he’s safe and cared for.

I like that my dog is tired when she gets home and I feel like she is well cared for when she is there. The staff is friendly and I like that I can watch my dog on the cameras throughout the day. The communication is amazing! I can text and get an answer right away. Definitely a great choice for my dog and family.

This is a place I would recommend to any dog owner that needs a place to take their dog for boarding or daycare. I always know my dogs are happy safe and well cared For they have Wonderful grooming services and their employees are responsible respectful kind and caring

I was in a panic when I discovered that a large section of the 8 ft tall privacy fence- separating me from the small private community park next door- had completely collapsed into my yard during a storm, and our power was out, so I drove around all night with my foster dog finding wifi and waiting for dog boarding facilities to open. After driving him to the nearest one and finding them closed due to the power outage, I called 2 more that were recommended. Both had lengthy intake processes and one wasn't even willing to talk about their process; it was as if she thought I should already know. Having had a brief, but positive experience with another foster I took to Dogtopia, I called them and they said I just needed to email the vet records and come on in. After a very long night of worry about losing the dog, having no power, and a flooded bedroom, I was relieved that someone made something easy for me! And they continued to make it easy throughout. They also communicated well with me on how he was doing while there. I used to think it was far, but it's right off the hwy and just one stoplight. The shopping center also isn't crammed or too busy.
