I dropped by the shop to get my rear brake fixed on my Fuel 8. The employee "Cole" was very helpful and friendly. He was able to identify some other minor issues with my bike that needed addressed as well, this helped me out a bunch.

I had an amazing experience from start to finish. The service was incredibly personalized, and they kept me informed and communicated with me throughout the entire process. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything was taken care of. What really stood out was the extra level of service when I picked up my bike, they walked it out to my car and helped me load it because I didn't have anyone with me to help. That kind of thoughtfulness and customer service is rare these days. I couldn't have been happier with the entire experience and would absolutely recommend!
