Friendly, knowledgeable, and well priced. Of all the bike repair books I’ve worked with, they are the best.

Trek is a good brand and there are plenty of accessories in the store. If you like shopping at a local bike shop and asking questions to a real person that knows about the products they are selling then I would recommend stopping in here.

Yo! as always, you guys rock! In the past, Mark had always done my repairs & tuneups ... and he was terrific ... however, I've now gotta give my nod to Avery The Amazing. Really great dude w/ a gracious/grateful & cool demeanor about him. Seriously ... give the man a raise! Always Peaceful Blessings, Darshan Gregory

Trek bicycles and related products are among the best and Trek stands by its products. East side Olympia service is first rate. Everything explained thoroughly and all questions answered. Geoff ("the fun starts here") and Gus are very helpful and make sure you've got the product that's right for you.! The tune up and repair services they've done for me in the past were done timely and thoroughly and East side Trek stands by its products and services. My next bike will be a Trek.

I called about repairing a flat tire on my ebike. They advised me to order the tube from Amazon, because they didn’t have my size. I ordered the tube and dropped my bike off. Within 2 hours they called me back and said my bike was ready for pick up!! Amazing people and amazing service!!
