Extremely good long lasting water softeners from reviews I received from near by neighbors. Technician named Justin arrived on time and was very professional and precise in his work. I know a lot about plumbing and he made sure everything was done correctly. Took pride in his work and knowlege. Answered any questions i had with no hesitation. Very courteous. Would recommend him for installation on any jobs in the future. Water is now better than ever! Drinking water tastes better than bottled water.

The phone call ahead when tech is on his way is extremely helpful. I like to be off when service is completed because I always gain knowledge during the appointment. Richard was very professional and explained the service completed at the end of visit. This is most important to me and I appreciate him taking the time to go through the steps of the work done. I asked him to check the hardness of the water if he could please work it in and he did so. As far as I knew this had never been checked after the installation of my equipment in 2023. He gave me the results and explained the scale and where my results stood, and assure me of the quality of my water and performance of my softener.

I had an excellent experience with Richard Barraza from Culligan\! He was absolutely amazing from start to finish\. He fixed the issue with my system and took his time to thoroughly explain everything to me, making sure I understood what was going on and what he had done to correct it\.
Richard was extremely professional, knowledgeable, respectful, patient, and kind\. I never felt like he was rushing through the service call, and I truly appreciated the time and care he took to make sure everything was working properly before he left\. He also reassured me that if I had any additional issues or concerns, I should not hesitate to contact him or Culligan\.
It’s not often that you receive this level of customer service\. Richard truly went above and beyond, and Culligan is very fortunate to have someone like him representing their company\. I highly recommend Richard and truly appreciate the outstanding service he provided\. Thank you, Richard\!

From sales to the installation was simple, professional, explained in detail! Kenny, showed up on time, took his time to explaining in detail every facet of water test and what he/ Culligan could do to fix it. He helped and recommended an electrician for installing an outlet near water softener and a a handyman to pour a slab for a base! Outstanding! The installers again showed up on time and walked me thru the installation process and basic user instructions; very professional, efficient and courteous. Took their time, Made sure I understood what and how everything worked. Cleaned up area after completion like they were never there, outstanding work ethic! Kenny and the installation team made the whole experience comfortable, answering every question! Thank you

It is very nice to have a potable tap. Water right from the spigot! Imagine that! I also like that the salt is delivered and dumped into the holding tank. It saves me a ton of trouble. Anytime I have a problem is addressed promptly and well. All around, I am very pleased with Culligan and my Culligan system.
