I love everything about their products and services! Everyone is super friendly and they greet you by name when you walk in the store. Not only are they extremely fast with their repair work, but they check in with you if there’s any reason for delays so you know exactly what’s going on! The service advisor told me up front that they were running about a week out. I was fine with that but they texted me the next day to notify me that my bike was ready already. My bike apparently didn’t require too much in the way of maintenance. I went for the first ride since the cleaning, adjusting and lube and the bike rode like a dream. Thank you guys.

I bought three bikes during covid. we have loved biking and love our bikes. twice now I have needed tune ups to my surprise, there has never been a charge. I had no idea rubber soul tunes bikes bought there for free. I have appreciated this service and the customer service in general. thank you
