I bought a new bike online in order to tour Europe in 2027. When I attended the Albany shop, I was greeted in a very friendly manner and attended to immediately. The service and personal interaction was excellent. The products in the shop were all the items I required for the tour with a good range of each item. I am very happy with my experience of the staff of Impulse Cycles and can't complain about anything.
