I absolutely love this place!! The staff (especially their manager , don't want to name names or play favorites 😂 but she's the best) I am always welcomed with beautiful smiles and people ready to help with any questions I may have. I notice staff cleaning throughout my daily visits there too which is comforting for sure. Prices are great as well ... especially the fact that you get access to tanning , red light therapy AND a Zen den!!)

The gym is very well run, the only problem is the showers in the men’s locker room one has the lights out since I joined in December and one the shower head is not working properly. The floor water seeps through the tiles again since December. This doesn’t fall on the managers responsibility it falls on the owner

What a great job Destiny and the onsite team has done! From the day she took over there has been a massive turnaround! The place is spotless 99% of the time and the team is engaging and present = they care! Can't say that I'm a fan of the equipment selection that was when new ownership took over. The switch from predominantly Hammer Strength to Matrix left some massive holes in qty of key pieces and in some cases a lack of any descent pieces for those other than novice lifters. Overall vibe, value for money, staff warrent a 2 thumbs up review!

Excellent modern work out machines. Clean gym, plenty of sanitizer islands and friendly staff. Everything has been positive about this gym for the past 18 months or so under new mgmt. They even extended the weekend time by one hour. For now I just have Kudos 👏 for Deer Park Retrofitness club.

My Retro Fitness location in Deer Park, New York, is the ideal spot for me to workout and keep my lifestyle healthy. First, and most importantly, are the friendly faces that work there. Folks like Destinee, and David, make every welcome to the gym very friendly and sets the right vibe for every visit. The gym is always clean. The gym is clutter free. The restrooms are kept spotless (and smells decent). The equipments are readily available and always dust free. This is, by far, the best gym I have ever had a privilege to become a member of. The only pet-peeve I might have for the gym is that it lacks a significant calf exercise machine...but that's just me being greedy. I love this club. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great, clean, safe space to get their pump on.

Everyone is very friendly and the trainers, starting with Jack, are all really cool and show that they truly care about your fitness. I've only been going here for about two weeks and it feels like I've been coming here for two years.
