Teddy, Warren, Nico, Luca… the entire staff basically. They look out for you and actually go out of their way to make each workout cool. Been coming here forever but it feels like I’m at home. Always got a spot, always got advice if I need it, and I feel like a friend to the place not just some no name client using the joint. Thanks for making it more than a grind

The Egg Harbor location is kept very clean. The women that clean the gym, clean it like they personally own it themselves!! I do wish there were some newer/different equipment..... examples....Pendulum machine for legs, newer glute machine, or a different assisted pull-up/dip machine with a pad. I had a knee replacement, and a padded machine would be easier than the metal bar that is there. just a thought.....I've been a member for several years, and there are a few items that were taken away when they redid the inside, and only the adduction machine is all I can recall that is new. Thank you for your attention, love Retro!!!

Great gym for your workout and training. Has every piece of equipment and machines you'll need. Super clean with super friendly staff who are always there to help. Love the vibe of the community that trains there.
