Staff are friendly and helpful, trainers are knowledgeable and treat you with respect with regard to your needs. They attempt to work around your schedule and keep your long term goals in mind even if your short term progress has been slowed due to things in your life you can't control. You may not always get a chance to say it, but it is appreciated. It's important to have a gym that cares if you show up and put the work in or not and isn't just there to take your membership fees.. That's why I would recommend Retro in Fairless Hills, PA.

Easy to get in get my workout done and get out. Great staff. Good selection of equipment with new stuff arriving every now and then to keep things refreshed. Never feel out of place or unwelcome, definitely makes my gym times through the week a welcome addition to my day. I can honestly say I have become a “gym eat” something I never thought I’d say!
