I'm luck enough to be using the facility when it's pretty quiet. I love that I don't have to fight the crowds. The equipment is good. There are actual free weights (unlike Planet Fitness - not a great experience). The locker rooms are clean. I could do without the customers clogging up the equipment by scrolling on their phones, but that's the price of living in today's society, I guess.

friendly staff, great classes offered. Amazing instructors who know how to motivate and keep you engaged the whole time. Very happy I found this club few years ago, Open floor can get a bit too hot sometimes but studio area is well cooled off for classes.

I am extremely satisfied; all the receptionists are friendly, and personal trainer Edson changed my life—he is incredibly professional and knows exactly what he’s doing. I can't thank him enough. At the time I usually go, the machines are available, it’s not too crowded, and everything is working well.
