The Middletown facilities are the best. The facilities are ultra clean and spotless. The members are very friendly and are always courteous. There are plenty of pieces of equipment available and I almost never have to wait to use them. It's a great place to exercise.

Retro fitness in Middletown, New Jersey is the best. The staff are just like your family members. They do anything for you.When you need help with something. That place is so clean.It smells good too lol. Everyone is just so nice. Everybody tries to help one another. If someone doesn't know how to use a machine or if they just need help with something. Someone is always there to help no matter what. Like I said the staff is amazing , even the protein shakes are delicious lol.

Been a Middletown member for many years. Staff has always been polite and helpful. Gym is roomy, clean, and has multiple options for each body part. Membership fees and club convenience make this Retro a great health facility choice for area residence!
