Best gym I’ve ever belonged to. Everyone that works there is super friendly and welcoming. The equipment and work out areas are always clean and orderly. Equipment is rarely broken and if it happens it is quickly repaired. And Reese makes the best protein shakes!

Its always clean and well stocked. The atmosphere is just right- not too many meatheads and not too many day trippers. The one on Rte 1 in North Brunswick is well run and the staff are friendly and helpful
