The gym has newer machines and it is two levels. There is plenty of space to work out. They also have various types of weights. Their premium membership includes hot towels. I like the fact that my membership includes a free guest that I can bring whenever I go to the gym. Overall, I believe the membership fee is a good value for the location in lower Manhattan and the equipment that is offered.
