For a gym it’s very friendly and welcoming. People seem very community oriented. It is an easy place to walk into and feel inspired to workout!

I truly appreciate the cleanliness, as well as the up keep of the equipment. I thoroughly enjoy my shakes, and the specials that they run. However, this all is for nought if not for the outstanding personnel. They appear to really care about you time at the gym is pleasurable, but go out of their way to assure that. It is truly the people behind the counter that assure me that I have no reason whatsoever to look for another gym. If you are looking for a gym, look no further than RETRO FITNESS, TENAFLY, NJ. I am very happy with Retro Fitness Tenafly. There are plenty of machines and friendly staff. I would however recommend opening on weekends at 5 am or 6 am, and increasing the number of stair mills.
