BGI had the part I needed for a decent price, and were more than willing to get the part to the downtown store for me to pickup. All along there were actual phone calls and emails to keep me informed. Every time I needed to talk to somebody I got someone on the phone right away, and when the actual in person pickup happened, the guys at the shop were super friendly and took care of me promptly. I recommend them highly!

Staff held the door open for me and Victor met me as soon as I walked in with my wheel. He asked pertinent questions about my wheel (how many spokes have you broken, how many miles). He repaired my broken spoke and trued it in about 30 minutes while I ran other errands in the area. He let me know that my wheel might not last too much longer (it's about 10 years old), and said they could help when I am ready to replace it. Great service and a very fair price.

Max was excellent very knowledgeable and professional well versed in everything you need to know about bikes accessories and maintenance 2nd specialized purchase in the past few months. Having Shin Dig out their back door is a nice touch too.

The service is always exemplary, the staff is competent, helpful and seem keen on going above the call of duty to make sure my bike is in tip top shape. Max, Sean and Drake are just great. I am glad I found this shop.
