Carol Radosevich s the best! She went above and beyond in not only selling our home but also in negotiating the purchase of our next one. She arranged a simultaneous closing for both, personally held open houses, came to my home to be there when I couldn’t for the inspections, for repair men, etc. She worked with me for several months showing me homes before we even put ours on market to see what I liked so when we had an offer on our house we could immediately make an offer in the one we purchased. Carol knows how to negotiate the paperwork, how to stage a home and got us a top-dollar offer. She is a pleasure to work with and always has a smile and something positive to add.
