Excellent marketing of the property, web site listing was very complete with many photos and thorough description. Although the property was not easily accessible, Dan Linden showed it to all interested parties which led to a successful sale. We had very good communication with Dan even though we were from out of state. He promptly answered all of our questions and concerns. He also helped tie up some loose ends regarding the land contract involved with the sale of our property. We would highly recommend Dan and Coldwell Banker.
