We wholeheartedly recommend Dawn Poket as THE realtor to work with in Albuquerque. If buying a home in the area where you already live is a complex and tricky proposition, buying one while you live in a different state is enormously harder. Dawn made it easy from day 1 and her vast experience and attention to our needs made the process to much better. Dawn was amazing. She was our realtor to buy our house and then we were excited to have her again to sell the same house. She went over and beyond in helping us. She's very trustworthy and we always knew everything was getting done that needed to. She's very knowledgeable about the whole process and helps us with negotiating. Also, she went way beyond as we were selling from a different state, and she met multiple people at our house for inspections, repairs. It was so helpful. She also donated some of the stuff we left behind. I would recommend her to anyone and really appreciate her and her hard work

Dawn was amazing to work with! Trying to sell a house while living in another state is never easy, and Dawn made sure to help every step of the way and keep us informed of any and all changes and updates. She went above and beyond with preparations and staging to make sure we listed and sold our house at the proper price. I would highly recommend working with her and plan to if I need in the future!

Dawn did a top job! She has the skills and the experience and the connections to work out many situations. Her staging crew was tops and, together with Dawn, they made my house looks spectacular and I got several offers right off the bat. It looks so good, I almost wanted to stay there. Dawn not only showed my home but also worked very hard in many ways to get me a top sale. I have bought and sold a lot of property over the last 10 years and I can say, she's honestly tops! I have bought and sold my previous home with her help.And yes, I would recommend her to my friends in a heartbeat, I already have.

Dawn is an engaging and positive person. She truly cares about her clients. I am buying another home in South Carolina and my experience with Dawn vs. my South Carolina realtor made me understand that there is another whole level of service that I am missing in South Carolina. Dawn supported me through some challenges with the showings of my home. She also had great referrals when I needed good contractors to complete my inspection checklist.
Dawn became my champion and I was never out of the loop or lacked infornation about what was transpiring and she sometimes just checked in to see how I was because she understands that selling your house is a huge change and even though it was a positive one for me, it still held its challenges.
I have and would refer Dawn to anyone looking for a real estate agent that is engaged and maintains that engagement throughout and after the sale of your home.
