My experience working with Deb Redford on the sale of my home exceeded my expectations. She clearly explained each step of the process, she worked closely with me on showings, and she was available to me when I had questions. She ALWAYS returned calls, emails, or texts. She made it clear to me that this sale process was a team effort. Additionally, Deb went above and beyond her duties as my realtor after closing when the new buyer discovered that the Water Authority had mistakenly turned off the water at the house. Deb stayed several hours with the buyer until the Water Authority showed up to turn the water on. It was important to her that the transition for the new (first time) buyer was also a good experience. I highly recommend anyone selling their home, or purchasing a new home, to have Deb Redford on their team.
