We have used the Carol Sauder Team for our last three home sales and purchases; more specifically, Desirae Torres. It can be extremely stressful to buy and sell a house, and we couldn’t be more pleased to have a professional like Desirae on our side. We originally needed to sell our first home in order to purchase our current home that we just sold. Desirae was able to get out first home listed, and within two days we had the offer we signed on. She then stepped up and helped us not only with the purchase of our new home, but stayed by our side the entire process when we needed help getting the builder to make repairs and stand behind their self proclaimed, “industry leading warranty”. She’s been there every time we’ve needed assistance. We stayed in that home a little over two years. Thanks to my employment, we were transferred out of state with little notice. I had two weeks to get to my new location and try and figure out what was next. Leaving my wife and son in Rio Rancho, I headed out. We contacted the most trusted resource we had, Desirae. She came to the house and met with us, gave us an idea of what to expect, and we moved forward. She walked us through everything with detail and perfection as she has done before. Only being in the home two years, we had little hope in being able to sell, let alone being in a good position if we did it. Four days after our home listed, we had had multiple offers on our home. They all were offers that put us where we needed to be financially with the sell. We obviously accepted one, and have competed the sell and our move. The listings have been extremely well written and inviting. The photos of our home were exceptional as she hires a professional photographer. She sat beside us during the closing of all three of the transactions. Des does such an amazing job in doing the little things you don’t see everyday that make such a huge impact. I have referred multiple friends and associates to Des, and I will continue to do so whenever I can. She is truly an exceptional member of your team. Everyone knows a realtor, but there are the few that stand out in doing exceptional work, and she is definitely one of the exceptions. I cannot thank her enough in helping minimize the time my family was apart, in easing the process of our real estate transactions, and just being there to make such a huge difference when we needed it the most.
