Diana was our buyer agent for our home in 2019 and we chose her to be our seller agent as well. She is tenacious, driven and tireless in her pursuit of selling our lovely home. She always discussed the aspects of the offer and “special requests” of the buyers (which there were many). Diana used all of her goodwill capital to get repairs completed timely and at reasonable cost. She has a cadre of professionals that accomplished their mission successfully and get the closure over the finish line. I highly recommend her for both a buyer and seller agent. Diana Costales is consummate professionaland dedicated real estate agent. This was our fourth transaction with Diana and she problem solved the whole way through. In this tough market, we felt assured that everything would work out because we had Diana on our side. She went above and beyond giving us options for short-term housing while we searched to find our new home. Thankfully, she provided us with air mattresses and sheets, when we had to wait for household goods delivery. Even now she is recycling our moving boxes so we don’t have to make trips to the dump. Diana kept us abreast of everything going on and what we needed to do next in the process. She answered any questions we had and made herself available based on our busy schedule. I am not sure how much the broker and the lender talk to one another but I think that would be the only improvement I would say would be helpful as there were some misunderstandings throughout the process between the two parties. Other than that, our experience was great!
