Our realtor Donald Auge was absolutely amazing. His professionalism was unmatched. Donald understands how a house is built and the functions that it uses to operate such as plumbing, electrical, roofing, etc etc. This is very vital to any area but especially in Albuquerque where most of the homes are old. His insight and knowledge gives his clients the upper hand. I also appreciate the fact that he gave us special attention buy actually calling us and making sure we understand and if we had questions. In our world of emails and txting. things can very easily be misinterpreted causing stress and frustration. I’m not a rookie in buying homes so when I say that Donald is a perfect 10. It’s true. This is our second or third property Donald Auge has worked on for us. We were selling a 2 acre parcel in the Rio Grande Valley. We contacted Donald as a result of a prior piece of property that Donald sold for us and took advantage of the exceptional market knowledge he provided for this sale. We experienced great communication throughout this sale. Donald worked through a few issues during the sale process and was quickly relieved when the issues were resolved with his problem solving expertise.
