Eva was excellent! She worked closely with me & my family & kept us updated thru this process. She made sure we understood the minimum requirements to get my father's house ready to be listed to get the best price. She facilitated & assisted us with vendors, bids, on-site work, etc. When our first buyer missed the Oct 18 closing date based on his contingency to sell his home & he wasn't able to schedule a new closing date in early Nov, Eva pushed for permission to relist our house, understanding that our Reverse Mortgage cost increased significantly every month. Fortunately we immediately had a 2nd cash buyer, altho they required full inspections. Eva coordinated w/the 2nd buyer to get their inspections done quickly so we could close just before Thanksgiving, rather than waiting until early Dec, which would have increased the Reverse Mortgage pay off. I think we ended up closing in less than 3 weeks which was a HUGE relief! I had no doubt that Eva would do what was right for my family at this difficult time & am very pleased with her services & the final sales price for my father's home. If I had another home or was interested in purchasing in ABQ, Eva would be my first choice as a realtor! And I wouldn't hesitate to refer any of my relatives or NM friends to her!

Eva Fanari was an exceptional Real Estate Agent. With extenuating circumstances, including a fall and surgery limiting my mobility and the COVID19 virus complications, Eva provided a service for me and my husband above and beyond any experience we anticipated. We needed referrals for contractors, she obtained them. We needed copies of documents, she helped me obtain them and email them as I did not have any access to equipment that would do that. We needed explanations of wording for the documents we signed, she competed that task easily and thoroughly. She provided numerous houses for us to look at virtually online within the boundaries I set for price point, size, location. We are very grateful for meeting Eva and highly recommend her. She is personally, a lovely woman, easy to talk to, listened to our concerns and ideas, and brought us to our "forever home" in Albuquerque.
