Gina Encee from Cold Well Banker was very helpful in the selling of our home! She was patient with us and gave us suggestions only when we asked for them! She helped with showings and getting other realtors too show our home and gave us suggestions of what we needed to do to improve our home so it would sell better! When we finally had a buyer, it was difficult to close and she worked the best with us and the other real estate agent and it did finally happen after signing several extensions for the closing! She was helpful with staging the house! We lived out of town and she would check on our house regularly to make sure everything was OK! We’re glad we picked Gina Encee as our real estate agent. Gina was knowledgable about the area and market, friendly, and prompt to each viewing and closing. I had an issue with storing my home goods while waiting for closing and she proposed a solution that really saved me. We had a short window for my relocation and she was essential to keep everyone in the process on schedule. Even the banker was impressed with how she kept everyone informed about the next step. If it weren’t for the seller and title company, we could have actually closed in less than 3 weeks! I would very strongly recommend Gina and Coldwell Banker to anyone looking for a home in Albuquerque.
